SHIPPING
Please check your shipping address before placing your order.
Your orders will be shipped within 2-5 working days. Orders placed after 14:00 on Friday will be processed on Monday.
When your order is shipped, an order tracking mail will be sent to you. You can check the location of your package, with the tracking number sent to you via the link below. Shipping costs of your orders belong to Veryself. The customs costs incurred in foreign shipments belong to the buyer.
When receiving your cargo, you should definitely check the package. If your cargo package is damaged (torn, crushed, wet, etc.), you must make a report to the cargo authority, in case of damage detection. Missing or damaged product notifications made after receiving the cargo are subject to review since there is no report. The review may be accepted or rejected depending on the outcome.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, or if the size ordered was sent incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, please email info@veryselfbrand.com including order number, name, email address and your request within 14 day days of arrival of your order.
Returns
If you would like to return or change an item, please email info@veryselfbrand.com within 7 days of arrival of your order; including order number, name, email address and your request. Products sent by email without creating a refund request will not be returned.
Your request for returns will be answered via e-mail and confirmation mail will be sent to you. You must return the product with the package sent to you. After you have created your return request, you can package the product in full and send it to the address that transmits it to you by e-mail. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Veryself cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all items are well packaged. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition. It must also be in the original packaging with the tags and labels attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items purchased in seasonal sales.
